At Vidisha Store, we offer handcrafted stone items that require careful preparation and packaging. Due to the delicate, heavy, and handcrafted nature of our stone products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations.
Please read our policy clearly before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds for:
Change of mind
Wrong product selection
Size/design confusion
Minor manufacturing marks or surface variations
Minor scratches due to stone texture
2. No Return Policy
Stone items are fragile and can break easily during reverse shipping; therefore:
We do not accept returns for any product.
Please check product photos, size, and description before ordering.
3. No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it goes immediately into processing.
Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
4. Damage Policy (IMPORTANT)
We ensure safe packaging, but in rare cases, shipping damage may occur.
✔ Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will be provided only if the product arrives broken into 2–3 or more major pieces.
✔ Evidence Required (Mandatory)
To process a replacement, you must submit:
Clear photos of the damaged product
Unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened)
❌ Not Eligible for Replacement
The following are not considered damage and will NOT qualify for replacement:
Minor scratches
Small chipping
Natural stone marks, lines, or texture variations
Handmade carving imperfections
Color differences due to natural stone
These are normal characteristics of handcrafted stone items.
5. Handcrafted Product Disclaimer
All stone products are handmade. Natural variations in:
Color
Texture
Weight
Carving pattern
are expected and not considered defects.
