Vidisha Store specializes in traditional handcrafted stone products, including Pata Varvanta, Khalbatta, Jaate, Tulsi Vrundawan, Stone Diyas, and Bhatukali Sets.
All products are handmade, natural stone items—variations in color, texture, weight, finishing, minor marks, or surface scratches are normal and part of the natural stone characteristics.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.
2. Eligibility to Use the Website
By using our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under parental supervision.
- You agree to provide accurate information during checkout.
- You will not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities on the website.
3. Product Information & Handmade Variation Policy
All items sold are handcrafted from natural stone, therefore:
- Minor surface scratches, rough edges, or tool marks are normal and not considered defects.
- Weight, texture, color, and pattern may vary from product to product.
- Small chipping or natural lines inside the stone are part of handcrafted stone goods.
Such conditions do not qualify for refund, return, or replacement.
4. No Refund / No Return / No Cancellation Policy
Since our products are heavy, fragile, and handcrafted, Vidisha Store follows a strict policy:
4.1 No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
4.2 No Returns
Returns are not accepted for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Natural marks or scratches
- Slight variation in size, weight, finish, or color
- Handcrafted imperfections
4.3 No Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Replacement Policy (Only for Major Damage)
Replacement is applicable only if:
- The item is broken into more than 2–3 major pieces during transit.
- You provide unboxing video proof from start to end without cuts.
Minor cracks, small chips, or scratches due to natural stone are not eligible for replacement.
Vidisha Store reserves full right to approve or deny replacement after verifying the video and issue.
6. Shipping & Delivery Policy
6.1 Dispatch Time
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours (working days).
6.2 Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery within 8–10 working days depending on location and courier availability.
6.3 Heavy Weight Products (Above 5 kg)
- Items over 5 kg may be shipped through bus, parcel service, or traveller transport for safe delivery.
- Customers may be required to collect the parcel from the bus stand or parcel office.
6.4 Delays
Vidisha Store is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier company issues
- Transportation strike
- Natural calamities
- Remote area delays
7. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices may change anytime without notice.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All images, product titles, descriptions, content, and branding on this website are owned by Vidisha Store.
