1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of successful payment.
(Sundays and public holidays excluded)

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 8–10 working days.
Delivery may take longer for remote or rural areas.

3. Shipping for Heavy Stone Items (Above 5 kg)

Items weighing more than 5 kg are shipped through:

Bus Transport
Travels Cargo Services

This ensures safer and faster delivery for heavy stone products.

Customers may need to:

Pick up the parcel from the nearest bus stand or travels office,
or
Pay an additional charge if the bus service offers home delivery.

Dispatch details will be shared once the item is shipped.

4. Standard Courier Shipping (Below 5 kg)

Products weighing 5 kg or less are shipped via trusted courier partners such as:

DTDC
Delhivery
India Post
Blue Dart (where applicable)

Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

5. Packaging

All products are packed using:

Bubble wrap
Foam protection
Double-layer boxes

This ensures maximum safety during shipping.

6. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Weather conditions
Festivals or public holidays
Courier service issues
Remote delivery locations

Vidisha Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies, but we will assist wherever possible.

7. Shipping Damage

If any item arrives broken into 2–3 or more major pieces, a replacement will be provided.
Unboxing video and clear photos are mandatory for damage claims.
